works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other
members of the health care team, plans and implements patient and
family education and is responsible for assessing the needs and
initiating appropriate intervention for patients. Minimum
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from accredited School of
Nursing, Associates degree, or Diploma Montana Licensure
(Registered Nurse) American Heart Association BLS American Heart
Association ACLS within 6 months of hire 18 months of Registered
Nurse experience Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
Preferred: 1 year circulating experience Preferred: 1 year scrub
experience Essential Job Functions: Collects Comprehensive data
pertinent to the patient's health or the situation (Assessment)
Analyzes the assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
(Diagnosis) Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized

cerebrovascular disease (stoke) education within one year of hire
Participates in one hour annually of cerebrovascular disease
