Pay Rate: $22.50 hr.
Schedule: Mon. to Fri. 8am to 5pm.

What's a typical day as a Customer Service?

--- Providing informed consent to subjects for participation in clinical trial studies

--- Assisting with study advertising creation and implementation

--- Reviewing Informed Consent Forms

--- Interacting with Principal Investigators and occasionally IRB

--- Ensuring subject safety and confidentiality, including HIPAA compliance
