Job Description:St. James Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses Med Surg Telemetry to fill temporary staffing needs. $50/Hour + 20% differential. Travel stipend available when applicable.EligibilityThe Temporary RN Program positions require all of the following:Current Montana RN licenseCurrent BLS certificationTwo (2) years of recent RN experience in an acute care settingCurrent SJB associates are not eligible for the temporary RN position. Previous SJB associates must have a greater than 90 day break in service in order to be eligible for the Temporary RN position.The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.ScopeRecognize and address patients' psychological and physical needsFoster continuity and quality of care with the best interest and well-being of patients and their families in mindAssess a patients' medical status upon admissionAssist in developing individualized treatment plansComply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelinesQualifications:ASN from an accredited programBSN from an accredited program required within 48 months of your hireCurrent Montana RN licenseCurrent BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart AssociationPhysical Requirements:Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.- and -Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.- and -See and read computer monitors and documents.- and -Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.- and -May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.Anticipated job posting close date:Location:St James HospitalWork City:ButteWork State:MontanaScheduled Weekly Hours:0The hourly range for this position is listed below.
