Incorporates evidence-based nursing practicesconsistent with national standards and which support quality outcomes. Assumesresponsibility and accountability for the quality of nursing care. Directs theplan of care while maintaining professionalism.Minimum QualificationsGraduate ofan accredited school of nursingLPNUndergeneral supervision of the, Manager, Clinical Coordinator, Director and/or asdelegated by the Registered Nurse, assists in the delivery of patient care.Works within the scope of licensure as a licensed practical nurse. Appliesidentified evidence-based nursing practices consistent with national standardsand which support quality outcomes. Works collaboratively with theinterdisciplinary team to meet the physical, psychosocial, educational, spiritualneeds of the patient and family, and contributes to the plan of care whilemaintaining professionalism.Minimum QualificationsGraduate of an approved licensed practical nursing programMAUndergeneral supervision, assists in the delivery of patient care/treatment andprovides clerical and administrative support.
