Gallatin County Operations & Procurement

Responsible for coordinating bookkeeping, budget tracking, payroll entry and compliance, and managing and updating inventory databases; office communications and customer services; and a range of administrative support services; manages the County Motor Pool and provides oversite and associated services for the County Document Storage area. Education & experience equivalent to a BA &1 year experience or completion of a technical program or apprenticeship and at 5 years of work experience Full time.

$3,377.92 to $3,557.82 per month based on an hourly rate of $19.34 to $20.37 Depending on qualifications, plus Excellent Benefits.
