at our 12 General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, America's
First National Park! Our guests enjoy an amazing array of gifts and
keepsakes to take home from their trip as well as enjoying a quick
meal in one of our Fountain Grills. Our General Stores also offer
groceries, camping supplies and equipment, and travel snacks. We
want all of our associates to be able to give our guests an
experience in Yellowstone to remember.

use your retail management expertise in one of our General Stores
and in exchange you'll be able to explore hiking trails,
waterfalls, animals and thermal features... all that Yellowstone

As a Seasoal Store Manager for one of our Yellowstone General
Stores, you have an extraordinary opportunity to deliver a unique
and memorable retail experience to over 4 milion visitors to
Yellowstone National Park and provde that same special experience
to our associates living and working the store. As the leader, your
responsibility is to meet all operational sales and revenue goals
to assure guests find the perfect keepsakes, gifts, an remembrances
of their trip to America's First National Park.
To accomplish this feat, you will monitor sales and inventory to
assure merchandise is in stock and available for our guests. You'll
assure food and groceries are fresh and priced properly and food
safety policies are followed. The objective is to exceed financial
goals by followng set procedures and implement control systems for
the store to run efficiently and profitably. In order for the store
to run smooth and at the full potential of all, you will have
between 30-100 associates looking to you to provide the
encouragement, motivation and discipline it takes to fill the
shelves, serve the meals, and achieve our customer's high
expectations. We have a team of support associates to help and
encourage you on this journey. This is a cooperative position where
all associates have potential to make a lasting impression on, not
just to our guests, but on each other.
We're looking for an experienced manager with a passion for guest
service, who enjoys working in a high volume fast-paced environment
and have a team "can do" attitude. And, while the remoteness of our
business may seem out of the ordinary, the opportunity to live and
work in one of the most beautiful places in America is
Associates will be required to work various schedules including
nights and weekends, may work split shifts and may be contacted in
the middle of the night for housing issues. Housing is in a dorm
evironment or RV sites may be available.
Successful candidates must be willing to arrive in April 2019 for
manager's training and be required to stay through the fall closing
date of the assigned store.
