Area Manager Compensation Package



Base Salary: $70,000 -$90,000 (based on evaluation and experience level)



Additional: Loyalty Bi-Annual Bonus Package (LBABP)



--- Bi-Yearly Bonus is based on loyalty to the company, performance of the manager, and store results over the course of the year.
--- Monthly Bonus Performance incentives


Vacation Package: (Available 120 days after starting)

--- 10 days vacation - Vacation can not be taken or scheduled on the day before or after the Store Days Closed listed below unless approved.


Store days closed:

--- Days closed include New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial-Labor Day weekend (Sat-Monday), July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
--- There is no carry-over if these days fall upon the weekend.


Health Benefit options available after one year of service

Christmas Bonus package

Travel Bonus Compensation possibilities to other entities associated with the company to be determined. (Experience/Opportunity) and/or performance sales contests within the organization.

The right candidate should make between $85,0000 - $115,000 first year.

Responsibilities:

--- Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development
--- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
--- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
--- Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
--- Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals


Qualifications:

--- Stays organized and manage time well
--- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
Primary Skillset Requirements:
--- Good with people and customer service aptitude (Well-spoken)
--- Some computer skills required using Microsoft Office programs ex. Word, Excel, Publisher.
--- At least 10 years in the workforce and references to support that and/or a 4-year degree
--- Good with time management and being held accountable
--- Very Organized
--- Able to follow a process and hold others accountable for doing so
--- Timely - This person will be trained and expected to run the Bozeman area store and develop the Montana market using a format and process that will be taught over the next 3 months
--- Able to lift 35 lbs
--- Mid to High-level Mechanical aptitude


Additional requirements:
--- Standard Work Hours (7:30-5:30 M, T, TH, F) (7:30-1:30 W, Sat)
--- The manager shall be required additional time as necessary to run deliveries, do service calls, and keep up on repairs outside of regular business hours
--- Dress appropriately: Equivalent of dress nice jeans or dress pants. (If Jeans - No rips). Company Logoed Shirt or nice presentable collared shirt or sweater (no T-shirts). Nice comfortable shoes. Overall demeanor - Business casual
--- Follow the Outlined Process Educate customers
--- Maintain Sales floor, inventory, and service department
--- Receive/Order/Maintain inventory (incorrect inventory totals will affect compensation)
--- Receive inventory - Record/Create appropriate paperwork
--- Oversee and lead employee(s)/Maintain a clean place of business
--- Keep Service Dept. caught up and maintained properly
--- Daily/Monthly process paperwork, and deposits
--- Maintain a positive attitude for self & employees. Be progressive
--- Keep up with emails and messages on answering machine daily
--- Additional hours may be required by managers to keep business up to date (these hours are a part of the salary position)
--- The manager is expected to be in charge of the store on all accords and seek additional business within a 100 mi radius of the location
--- Manager is expected to carry a monthly average total over $50,000 over all 4 quarters' average in order to keep this salary/bonus structure
--- Most importantly the manager is expected to manifest happiness in the branch as a part of the greater organization
