We're looking for those with diverse backgrounds who can genuinely connect with our clients.ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCEOur Program will pair Summer Analysts with Wealth Advisors & their teams to experience how they deliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage, and grow wealth for clients.No client has identical goals, so understanding their unique needs and tailoring the approach to exceed expectations requires work across teams and the firm to provide the best possible client experience and service.TRAININGIn this nine-week program you'll start with a three-to-five-day orientation to introduce you to the firm and our business. The program includes a self-study training curriculum, group case study, senior speaker events and networking opportunities.CAREER PROGRESSIONOur Summer Analyst program can serve as a launchpad for your career. Interns who successfully complete the program may receive an offer of full-time employment.
