What's the OPPORTUNITY? - Branch ManagerOur branch manager develops and coaches a high performing member service team. In this position you would ensure growth of the branch deposits, membership, and loan portfolio through a member service-based approach. You get the privilege of helping members plan their financial lives for today and protect for tomorrow by taking a deep dive into their finances and looking for opportunities to improve their financial lives through recommendation of suitable Intrepid Credit Union products and services. This position has opportunity for growth. While the Bozeman branch of Intrepid Credit Union has small beginnings, we have plans to expand in Bozeman in the future. The Branch Manager could be positioned to be a part of that growth and future advancement. The incumbent is tasked with taking ownership and responsibility of all aspects of the branch operation. You will manage and coach staff to ensure scheduling and staffing levels are always sufficient for superior member service & branch requirements while gaining experience in managing a financial institution branch.In addition to our generous benefit package the base pay for the Branch Manager will be determined based upon your skills and qualifications, the market range for this position is between $45,981 and $68,971.What Can you Bring?We desire all our staff to be successful and fulfilled in their jobs. We have found that as the Branch Manager to be successful you will need to have your high school diploma or its' equivalent, however, some college is very useful. Having a minimum of five years of customer service and sales type experience is also extremely useful.
