will help promote our mission: Oversight, development, and
supervision of Adult and Community Services in Great Falls, Montana
and Sheridan, Wyoming. Ensures staff are performing duties within
their professional scope of services and receive ongoing
competency-based training. Serves as the primary contact and
develops impactful relationships with state and federal funding
sources, providers, and provider associations. Responsible for
maintaining CARF accreditation and program compliance, including
keeping current on state and federal regulations. Works with Public
Policy Officer, legislators and provider groups on legislative
activities affecting services. Oversight of budget, quality,
compliance, and staffing. Instills a culture of safety,
independence, best practice and innovation. Required Skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop programs.
- Ability to travel to both Montana and Sheridan WY
- Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation
within the facility and community.
- Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all
requirements of the job.
- Applicant must pass a background check Required Experience
- 5+ years
- Five years professional experience and proven record of
accomplishment of successful program and/or project
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, special education or
related field required.
- Experience may substitute for degree.
