This entry level position is a paid training opportunity for individuals who want to build a career and transition into our Sheet Metal Apprenticeship program. As a Sheet Metal Laborer, you will learn the foundational elements of: Planning, layout, fabrication, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning ductwork Using technical and mathematical skills in a fast-paced construction environment Supporting sheet metal journeymen and apprentices with daily installation and fabrication tasks Reading and interpreting blueprints with guidance Safe use of tools, equipment, and materials Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity: This role is ideal for individuals who want to make the most of their abilities and grow with a company that offers a pathway into an excellent sheet metal apprenticeship program.
