Job Description Job Description Cashman Nursery is a family owned nursery, design and build landscape business based in the heart of Gallatin Valley with over 40 years' experience beautifying Southwest Montana. Cashman Nursery is currently designing and building the landscape for the new Bozeman High School. Seasonal work typically begins in early April and ends in early November. Cashman Nursery employs approximately 25 full time seasonal workers with many working with Cashman's for 10 or more seasons. Join Our Team! We are looking for a Yard Assistant to be part of our team for the 2026 season! Compensation: $20 - $ 30 per hour depending on experience and initiative! Opportunity for overtime pay! Job duties include: Load trees and bulk good, restock palletized goods, drive truck and deliver bulk materials and unload deliveries. Experience driving a skid-steer and providing excellence in customer service. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. We offer Competitive pay with opportunity for raises. Works average of 3-4 days per week. Overtime is common. Season runs from approximately April 1 through November 1. College students are asked to work Saturdays and another part/full day until school ends.
