Job Description Job Description Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician Job Description Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various unit systems and production machinery. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems on equipment, including electrical problems down to the PLC level. Utilize different hand tools and blueprints for daily maintenance tasks. Maintain records in the company database with daily data entry logs. Assist in company upgrades or installation of equipment, as well as painting, cleaning walls and floors, and general cleanup of the building as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during equipment changes. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various unit systems and production machinery. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems on equipment. Inspect and troubleshoot electrical issues down to the PLC level. Utilize hand tools and blueprints for daily maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records with daily data entry logs. Assist in company upgrades or installation of equipment. Paint and clean walls and floors as needed. Assist in general cleanup of the building. Lift up to 50 lbs during equipment changes. Essential Skills Experience in electrical, plumbing, and basic building maintenance. Proficiency with HVAC systems. Ability to read and use blueprints and schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and basic building maintenance. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
